We understand that sometimes the product you order may not fit you as you thought or you have changed your mind. Either ways we respect your decision and support you through out.

We offer A 7-day return or exchange policy most of the products purchased from us under certain conditions and terms. Return Conditions & Terms :

• The 7-day return or exchange policy starts on the day of delivery of purchase.

• Customer should return all the contents to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

• We cannot provide with you with a shipping label at this time and you are solely responsible for all the packing and shipment costs. As soon as the packet gets shipped, Please email us the Order & Tracking numbers. As soon as we receive the shipment, We will inspect the condition of the items and then the returns will be processed. If you wish to just exchange, Please return the items and simply place a new order. Please note that an additional processing fee may apply based on the condition of the item.

•  All original tags must be attached, and the piece must be returned with all original packaging and accompanied by your original receipt.

• Refunds or exchanges won't be accepted if the product condition / quality has been altered anyway.

• Any refunds / exchanges will be processed only after we inspect the condition of the returned products.

• We are not responsible for any missing shipments sent by you to us. Make sure you follow the exact instructions sent by us.

• Once we process the return, Funds will be deposited into your accounts as per the respective merchant policies.
